Step-by-step efficient harvesting machinery and equipment

Since the sugarcane area in Guangxi is basically a hilly area, 70% of the plots are small and scattered, and the harvesting quality of the existing segment-type combine harvesters and whole-rod combine harvesters cannot meet the expected requirements of sugar companies and sugarcane farmers. Promoting the step-by-step machine harvesting mode such as "efficient harvesting + efficient impurity removal" is a mechanical harvesting method that is more suitable for Guangxi's geographical environment, sugar companies and sugarcane farmers. It is an effective solution for sugar cane harvesting in hilly areas. The new machine collection mode is in urgent market demand.

At present, domestic agricultural machinery enterprises have researched and developed two-step high-efficiency harvesting machines for stalk whole stalks. Among them, high-efficiency cutting and paving machines have basically taken shape, and the research and development of high-efficiency leaf stripping and impurity removing machines has just started, but the technologies of both are immature and need to be tackled and improved.

At present, corresponding to the "two-step" sugar production technology commonly used abroad, the United States, Australia, Brazil and Japan basically adopt the cutting-section harvesting technology. The sugar-making process in my country's sugar mills is dominated by the 'one-step' sulfite method. The clarification efficiency of this "one-step method" is low. Therefore, domestic sugar companies are reluctant to accept segmented sugarcane with high impurity content. From the perspective of the development of the whole stalk harvester, the whole stalk combine harvesters developed and produced by domestic manufacturers such as Hubei Shenyu, Hubei Guotuo, Fujian Jingong and South China Agricultural University, Guangxi Agricultural Machinery Institute, China Agricultural Machinery Institute and other scientific research institutes pay too much attention to The defoliation rate of the whole culm leads to low work efficiency and high damage rate of sugarcane stems. South China Agricultural University is currently committed to the research of high-efficiency whole stalk harvesting technology, no longer considering the rate of leaf peeling too much, and aiming at high efficiency and low cost. It is currently in the design stage. Research on the sugarcane whole stalk harvester with high efficiency and low stalk breakage rate as the core technology in my country requires independent innovation and research and development.

High-efficiency impurity remover for harvesting sugarcane

At present, one of the important factors affecting the acceptance of segmented combine harvesters by sugar mills and sugarcane farmers is that segmented raw sugarcane contains high impurities, which affects the quality of sugar and increases production costs. Therefore, the use of high-efficiency impurity remover for segment-cutting machine harvesting cane secondary impurity removal is in line with the requirements of sugar mills and sugarcane farmers, and is also conducive to the popularization and use of segment-type combine harvesters.

At present, the domestically developed segmented machine harvested sugarcane has a high impurity rate, and it is urgent to develop a high-efficiency impurity remover for segmented machine harvested sugarcane, which can perform secondary impurity removal on the segmented machine harvested raw sugarcane to meet the requirements of sugar mills , the market demand is urgent. 

In addition, due to sugar cane planting in hilly and mountainous areas, the fields are relatively finely divided, the roads for machine farming are lacking, and the planting operations are scattered, which makes agricultural machinery difficult to get down to the fields, difficult to operate, and difficult to use organically. Therefore, it is an effective way to solve the problem of sugar cane harvesting in hilly and mountainous areas by using electric shears to cut sugar cane, and using a mobile follow-up collection platform to collect sugar cane. At present, although there are electric sugarcane cutting and shearing machines in China, there is still a lack of supporting mobile follow-up collection platforms with remote operation monitoring functions.
