It will better support the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.

Compared with the main grain crops with a comprehensive mechanization rate of cultivation and harvesting over 80%, the characteristic agricultural products such as fruit, vegetable tea and other special agricultural products are not fully equipped due to various factors, such as diverse varieties, scattered planting areas, and complex planting and harvesting links. , no good machine, the status quo, the comprehensive mechanization rate is low. This has seriously affected the rapid development of characteristic industries. Due to the high economic value of characteristic agricultural products, vigorously developing characteristic industries is of great significance for increasing farmers' income and rural revitalization.

To promote the mechanization of characteristic industries, research and development and promotion of suitable machinery and tools is the key. Scientific research units and enterprises should develop and promote high-efficiency agricultural machinery required for the production of special crops, and promote the close integration of production, education, research and application; in terms of agricultural machinery subsidies, new types of machinery and tools required for the development of characteristic industries in hilly and poor areas such as tea, fruit trees, and edible fungi should be included in the agricultural machinery purchase subsidies. At the same time, vigorously carry out the special appraisal of agricultural machinery suitable for characteristic industries, guide and promote the transformation and application of innovative achievements, and increase the supply of characteristic agricultural machinery.

Guangxi focuses on mechanization to help the sustainable and high-quality development of the sugarcane industry

Guangxi is the largest cane sugar production base in my country. The production of sugarcane and sugar has accounted for more than 60% of the national total for more than 10 years, involving more than 20 million sugarcane farmers. The development of sugarcane industry has become an important pillar industry in Guangxi and an important channel for the majority of sugarcane farmers to get rid of poverty and become rich.

In response to many problems such as insufficient contiguous scale operation and development of sugarcane production bases and low degree of mechanization, Guangxi Agricultural Machinery Department vigorously promoted 5 million mu of high-quality, high-yield and high-sugar sugarcane bases, focusing on mechanization to help the sugarcane industry achieve steady, sustainable and high-quality development , achieved significant results.

On the one hand, the level of mechanization of sugarcane production has continued to improve. By the end of 2020, the comprehensive mechanization rate of sugarcane farming and harvesting has reached 65.48%. At the same time, the number of sugarcane harvesters in Guangxi has exceeded 2,000; on the other hand, mechanized production conditions have also been continuously improved. The Gao” base has been constructed since 2014, and the accumulated land remediation area is more than 5 million mu. To a certain extent, the “small and large” has been realized, which has increased the land area suitable for agricultural machinery operations and accelerated the development of mechanization. In addition, there are 1,743 agricultural machinery professional cooperatives in the region, with an annual service area of ​​more than 9.9 million mu, basically achieving full coverage of the sugarcane area and promoting large-scale operation.

At the same time, the current situation of sugarcane farmers' planting is not compatible with the requirements of sugarcane mechanization, the backward sugar production technology restricts the development of sugarcane mechanization, and the machine harvesting technology is not yet perfect, and other problems still need further breakthroughs and solutions.

Gansu vigorously promotes the mechanization of Chinese herbal medicine production

Gansu is one of the main production areas of Chinese medicinal materials in China. Focusing on the high-quality development of characteristic industries such as serving Chinese medicinal materials, the state, the Gansu Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government attach great importance to the development of the Chinese medicinal materials industry. During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, Chinese medicinal materials were designated as the key points of Gansu Province. The cultivated poverty alleviation industry, according to the "14th Five-Year Plan", Chinese herbal medicines are listed as key industries in Gansu Province's poverty alleviation efforts to consolidate and expand and effectively connect with rural revitalization.

It is understood that in recent years, the number of Chinese herbal medicine machinery in Gansu has grown rapidly, and the level of mechanization has continued to increase. Planting and harvesting equipment has become a new highlight of agricultural machinery purchase subsidies. However, there are still obvious gaps in the high-quality development of mechanization in the whole process of Chinese herbal medicine production, and development still needs to be vigorously promoted.

Edible fungus production has broken through "inorganic availability"

From practical experience, the application of mechanization, automation, informatization, environmental control and other technologies can effectively improve the unit yield and production efficiency of edible fungi, and promote the development of annual, standardized, large-scale, factory-based and intelligent production of edible fungi.
